Frequently overlooked when overhauling the entire cooling system on high-mileage BMWs, this pair of o-rings are an essential part of the BMW automatic transmission oil cooling system for certain models, especially the 2000-2006 BMW E46 with automatic transmissions. These o-rings are a very precise size and fit on the short tubes on the auto trans oil cooler that attaches to the expansion tank retainer(bracket) under the cooling system expansion tank. This part number is the same BMW OEM part you would get from a BMW dealer.
