These items are trash. Do not buy. Tips of devices were different lengths. Metal chunks missing out of scissor blades. Sharp nasty edges on corners. Do not buy this garbage. They definitely aren’t military surplus.

Yep I used this exact MSW (minor surgical wound kit when in the army. I’m so glad I can still get it, unchanged.

This item. Is a knock off of a military surgical kit likely manufactured in China. That said it's ok as a prepping item for the price

Everything I received is exactly as the picture shows. Maybe not the best quality put there, but it's certainly not of poor quality, and I reckon it'll serve its purpose if need be. I'm happy with it. The only negative thing I could say is the MOLLE strap doesn't secure the pouch to my backpack very tightly. It flops around alot. But that's a minor issue and overall I'm happy with the purchase.
