A really important detail is that this device just emits a WiFi signal so that you can view the images from your app. It CANNOT join your WiFi network. This isn’t clear in the directions but once we figured that out my satisfaction level raised way higher because I was starting to get frustrated. When I want to check the trail cam, I open the app to connect to the cam via Bluetooth, then drop off my WiFi network and connect to my trail cam’s WiFi signal. Then go back to the app and easily review all the motion activated images and videos. The night vision is incredibly clear. Very happy with this purchase now that I fully understand its capabilities.

Overall I am quite pleased with this hunting camera. Many hunting cameras have a hard time dealing with the extreme cold of a Northern Canadian winter, but this one actually held up just fine, mind you this winter was unusually mild compared to most.The motion detection works perfectly. It correctly ignores small movements like squirrels or tree branches swaying, while also reliably capturing larger objects like vehicles, people, deer and dogs.The built-in display screen is an excellent feature to have which is missing from my other cameras. It makes it so much more convenient to review the images, allowing you to do so right on the spot in one trip as opposed to having to bring the memory card home, review it, and then return it to the camera. I do wish the screen were a bit larger, but it’s still better than nothing.Pay attention to the orientation of the batteries as you insert them. At first I thought the camera was defective because it wouldn’t power on after inserting the batteries. I thought I had them in the correct orientation, but they were backwards. A few days later my Father was inserting the batteries into the camera and he also made the same mistake, did not recognize the error, and assumed it was defective. Pay close attention to the manual.

Camera did not take pictures as required by motion. The only pictures were me setting up. Wi-Fi doesn’t work unless you are standing next to it. Complicated to use. Sent it back. Not worth the $Update:I have to say that I am totally taken back how this company responded to my review. They took back my camera and sent me a new one with no questions asked. The new camera is working perfectly and I am completely satisfied.

This is a well-designed trail camera with all the features expected. The camera is robust and waterproof with around rubber gaskets, durable latches, and a rubber cover for the power port. The trail camera comes with a mounting bracket, adjustable strap, and USB-C cable.The trail camera requires eight AA batteries and an SD card, not included with the camera. According to the manual, the maximum storage is a 64G SD card however, I was able to use a 128G SD card with no issue. Note the compatibility with the SD card adapter when using microSD. Incompatibility of the SD card adapter will cause a power up and down loop. See the last photo where microSD works with one SD card adapter but not the other even though they are from the same brand/manufacturer. This is not a problem with the trail camera.The WiFi works well to view stored photos and videos. There is an optional external power port at the bottom of the camera. Use a 6V 2A DC power supply or solar panel charger with a 3.5mm adapter commonly found on Amazon.The WiFi is easy to enable by either pressing the "Up" button when it is in the "Test" mode or the Victor Cam app in either "Test" or "On" mode. Once the WiFi is enabled by either method, connect the mobile device to the camera WiFi, CAMERA-XXXXX with a default password of 12345678. This is a convenient feature to review and download images stored in the camera remotely.All camera features and settings can be configured via the Victor Cam app. Victor Cam app can take pictures or start recording to check the camera's operational functions. This is convenient when the camera is difficult to access once installed.The images captured are crystal clear and high-definition with 48MP photos and 4K videos. The motion sensors trigger super fast, consistently, and accurately with several samples covering a wide area. The side motion sensors can be turned off for front motion sensing only. The camera can be set up to loop the storage overwriting old images once the storage is full.This trail camera has all the features needed for game surveillance and more. It is well-built for outdoor environments with less cost in comparison to other less capable cameras.

Update: changed from 1 star to 4. The Victor app is a bit hard to use, but the camera is now working as expected. The picture quality is solid, and detection works well for our needs.I got this as a Christmas present for my kiddo. We set it up on our porch with a DC input so batteries were never in the equation.It will not take video, and I’ve tried the 2 suggestions in the manual. The customer service website (via Amazon) throws a 404 error.I’m trying the email address in the manual in hopes of getting everything quickly resolved.

I set this camera up to monitor our driveway that is to far out from the router to have a security camera. Really figured a game camera was a simple and easy solution and I still think it is but not using this camera. I set it up on a Friday in a location that not only looked out over the drive but also that has regular foot traffic area (me going to and from the mailbox) expecting good things, it recorded NOTHING. went though all the settings and made sure it was mounted exactly as the instructions stated, still nothing. Finally on Monday it did capture some foot traffic (me).OK that covers the camera part of it now for the WIFI. It is TERRIBLY slow to connect, I understand it is battery powered but still, 2 to 3 minutes. The app sends a bluetooth command to activate the WIFI then after connecting the phone/tablet/device it is suppose to take you back to the app. It does not. You have to close the app and restart it to make the camera connection. The app is simple and easy to use, if it only worked right it would be one of the better apps out there.The quality of the images is really nice, the test pics and the few it took on its own. So no problem there.Battery life is another thing, fresh batteries installed when it was setup Friday and they were mostly drained by Tuesday. It would turn on the WIFI but it would not connect to the app, fresh batteries and it still would not make a connection. A reset of the the app and camera and still WIFI works but no connection to the app.Returning it. The slow connection was is a major aggravation but when coupled with battery life being so short even in its economy setting is not acceptable.

Set up seemed easy. View through phone is great. Just trying to figure out why I can’t see any photos. I know squirrels would have triggered the camera. Still learning this one. I’ll update later.

Great set of hair clippers. It comes with 2 different attachments for different length of hair cut. Not used them because I just use the main clipper setting for my fine cut for my hair. Very sharp and glides over well. I charged it for 5 hours before use with the cable supplied. Got some more fancy settings to adjust the depth of cut on the machine but never used them. qiuet when using it is a bonus too All round great value clippers.
