I do not work on cars but based on user reviews I decided to give it a try. Taking the issue to a dealer or mechanic would have cost me $375. I checked the process on Youtube and process seemed simple. One video directed me to a parts retailer and part cost was $127 for non keyless and 250 for keyless. Checked Amazon and cost was 90% less for keyless. No brainer decision. It was available via Prime so next day delivery and returnable. The part arrived by 1:45pm the following day and fitted and working by 2pm.

This trunk latch was a perfect fit for my Camry. It took 10 mins. to install once you remove all the trunk cover clips.
