I have priced a few different brands and have found that the more expensive the mount does not mean it a better mount or even a more pression mount. For the price I paid this mount fit just perfect and I didn't have to spend as much as my scope to make it happen. I always no matter what scope mount I get, I always lap my rings before I mount my scope, I don't care if the mounts cost $300 you still need to lap them before laying your scope in them. you will never find a perfectly matched set of rings that your scope will sit into perfectly. You don't have to break the bank to get a good scope mount.

Top quality materials used to create this rock solid ultra heavy duty mount for the Ar platform of rifles. Light weight but built like a tank. Very easy to set up and install.Holds your optic down like it one solid piece. War bisher immer vom Preis Leistungsverhältnis von UTG Produkten überzeugt...aber diese Montage geht gar nicht...Habe mir die Montage für meine AR15 in .223 gekauft um ein 1-6 Fach Glas mit 30er Mittelrohr zu montieren.Zur groben Ausrichtung habe ich die Montage auf die Pica Schiene gesetzt und die Schrauben FINGERFEST angezogen. Wollte die Montage dann in ihre "Endposition" setzen nur ließ sich eine Schraube nicht mehr lösen. Selbst mit extremen Kraftaufwand (3 Bits abgebrochen) war nichts zu machen. Musste die Schraube dann aufbohren.Nach genauer Begutachtung der Montage habe ich dann festgestellt das eine Picarasterung der Montage nicht exakt im 90° Winkel steht sondern etwas schief...dadurch hat sich selbst durch das Fingerfeste Anziehen die Montage dermaßen verkanntet das sich die Schraube nicht mehr lösen ließ.Habe mir nun auch für die AR15 eine Eratac Montage gegönnt und alles passt perfekt.

Awesome little scope mount for the money. No idea why guys spend hundreds on these things. Bought one for a .22 and another for a airgun. They look good and do the job of holding a scope wonderfully. Built quality is great. They include two extra screws and a L key for instaling.

Habe diese Montage heute auf mein AR-15 montiert. Schmeisser Ultramatch STS. Obendrauf sitzt ein Zeiss Conquest. Die Verarbeitung ist sehr wertig und auch sehr stabil. Die Nocken auf der Unterseite sind eckig und nicht rund. Die Montage wird seitlich 3 mal geschraubt. Sitzt bombenfest Treffpunktlage nach 100 Schuss absolut gleich und daran wird sich wohl auch nichts ändern. Den Stoss einer .308 steckt die auch noch weg. Hab schon einiges an UTG Produkten und ich erfreue mich immer wieder am tollen Preisleistungsverhälnis.

Perfect mount for a budget build.It just works. It's sturdy and it mounts very solidly to the upper receiver. Even just finger tight with the three mount bolts and it is impossible to shift around. I used the recommended 20 inch pounds for the top ring bolts with a dab of blue loctite on the threads of the bolts and they have not backed out. Zeroed in with no issues.

I have two of these. They're awesome. Finish is very well done and I love the fact that the base is one long piece with three screws. These mounts are solid.If you're putting it on an AR platform, you should get the high mount, not the medium. *posted from my wife's joint account*UTG makes some of if not the highest value accessories you get for yourself. While some don't have the absolute performance you're looking for or expect, their scope mounts and rings do! The Accu-Sync and P.O.I. (made in the USA) lines of rings and mounts are amazing and had they been produced by other companies, they'd command three to four times the asking price. I have a set of the P.O.I. 30mm dovetail rings and they are so nice...this cantilever mount continues the trend.They are fairly light weight, just about as light as some sets of aluminum rings. If you use a certain ultralight mount from a certain company, I can tell you they WILL NOT stand up to the abuse and meet the tolerances of this mount. Also, you can buy three of these for one of those...
