At $6 value for 2 notebooks, this is a great value. They have decent construction, especially considering the price point, easy to flip pages and the pages have decent thickness. The inside is simple, there are a few Table of Content pages in the front if you want to use them. The rest have mostly lined pages with no extra text, besides "Date:" on top and "Page" on bottom. Doubt that I will use the page#, but some may like this feature, and if I end up using this as a reference notebook, the TOC in front and page #ring (though must be written in) could be helpful. The back has a nice plastic pocket that could be used to hold items, such as receipts, tickets, etc. As the notebook also has an elastic band which has a good hold on the notebook, the items will likely not fall out. The color is a pleasant light beige. Most notepads have extras that I don't need, such as calendars, overly designed covers, text on pages or lined/graphed pages that distract from taking notes, so I appreciate the simplicity of these notebooks. Look at the pics provided by vendor and dimensions (they are accurate) and see if this will work for your needs!

I was pleasantly surprised when I received these notebooks, especially given the price (for two!). I purchased for use at work to track my tasks and light notetaking but I found myself using it for personal to-do's and keeping coupons and notes as well. I didn't realize how much I'd love the pocket in the back - it's double sided and I've been able to wrangle my coupons and other papers so they don't muck up my desk. Although I haven't had a use for the table of contents pages, I appreciate that it was added. Pages are smooth and writing on them is pleasant. Thoughtful addition of place to add page numbers and date.Exterior finish is smooth and did arrive with some dimples from where the second notebook's wires rested and indented it. I'm anticipating that if I'll put it in a bag with other items, the surface will scratch and indent over time

Seriously, where else are you going to get TWO notebooks for less than six dollars?! Especially notebooks as nice as these. They even have some of the 'fancier' details that you'd expect to find in a more expensive notebook. The spiral binding is double-wired for extra durability, the cover is thick enough to hold up to being tossed in a bag, and the elastic strap keeps everything closed and secured when not in use. I like that it is college-ruled (more writing space), and there are a few pages to make a table of contents at the front if you want some extra organization. I was also surprised to see the pocket in the back of the notebook! It's big enough to hold a few loose papers or receipts, but I do wish that the sides of the pocket came up a little higher. It's still functional, but even another inch of pocket space would make things feel a bit more corraled. I also really like the available colors. I might decorate mine with some extra stickers, but even blank they are very pretty.Overall, I don't think you'll find a better value for your money. If you are looking for a simple but well-designed and constructed notebook, I don't think you can go wrong with these!

Because I do a lot of note-taking at home and for a nonprofit, I am picky about the paper I use. I really dislike paper that feels rough. The paper in these two notebooks is smooth and thick enough that the ink does not bleed through. The double spiral wire makes the notebook sturdy yet allows it to lie flat when opened. I have designated one of the notebooks to take with me to my elderly mother's doctor appointments. The table of contents will come in handy for that, as I will be able to easily keep track of all of the various details. The size is small enough for me to carry in my purse to the appointments, and the band keeps it from falling open. I took off one star because the way the band is fastened does not look to me like it will last for very long. I think these notebooks are a good value for the money.

Sometimes the best planners or notebooks are more simpler in the design. This contains a nice table of contents in the front that you break down into subjects, and then the rest of the notebook leaves a space for dates, subjects, and pages. Though I'm currently not in college or school, I would've LOVED these when I was attending to take notes for all of the different subjects I was learning. I'm currently using these as I start a new job, and it's valuable to have individual pages for instructions and training. I just feel it's easier to organize what I need to know than a regular composition notebook. The paper is smooth but thick enough for pen ink not to run through. I'm not a pink loving gal but the notebook color is pretty too. Great notebooks to take notes and keep track of reminders or obligations.

These are great small and lightweight notebooks. I like that the cover is sturdy and that there is an elastic wrap for when it’s closed. I always prefer metal spirals - they just holdup and flip better than plastic. The pages are lined and numbered and I really like that.

I love the beige color. The paper is not super thick but not thin either. It is very well made.
