At first this didn't work for us. We pulled it and blew it out with an air compressor in both positions and reinstalled it and it has been working fine.

So far it was a perfect match to my oem part and felt just as hefty. Installed no problem but well see how it holds up. Will edit review when I get the truck running to test it.*update* have driven the truck all around town and even took it to have a brake inspection. Ive done hard hwy braking and in town. No leaks, no issues. This part saved me about 150$ or more over the oem aisin part. Def recommend if youre repairing brakes on a budget.

I'm a professional auto technician. The part fit a Toyota Tacoma like the OEM but was $270 cheaper than the factory replacement available at the Toyota dealer. Only time will tell if it lasts. Unless you have a one man bleeder, you will need a friend to help bleed the system to complete proper installation. You will need a few basic tools including a line wrench set. Have both standard and metric line wrenches on hand as the amount of rust on the flare nut may require one or the other. You might need a torch to heat up the lines to break the rust lose but allow it to cool completely before attempting break it lose. If the lines are very rusty, leave this job to a professional that can make replacement lines.

This product is crap, this is the second one I bought. The first blows out on the first pump of the brake . The second one never worked, there is no fluid coming out of the valve to the back brakes. So again it pays to get the genuine Toyota proportion valve...made in China is a big mistake, they're not ready for making these valve's yet...I have learned my lesson. This was for my 2004 Toyota Tacoma

Worked great on a 2004 Tacoma 4wd extended cab. Replaces rusted original part with no issues and had brakes back with little effort.
