I like the "Cam Lock" mechanism vs. the pull handles. Fits really good. The carpet prevents anything vibrating and making noise.

Have had other models wherein you had to drill holes to fit properly or the locks where crappy. This one seems to do the job well

The good; Very nice tool box, good quality, pre slotted hole for mounting with ease. Had mounting J hook and rubber strips to put in between the top of bed rail and tool box. Packaged well to prevent damage from shipping. Came a day earlier than expected.The Bad; Only complaint was; I ordered a matte black finish and received a glossy black painted one instead. Packing list even showed a black matte finish on the item line item. I figured to repackage this huge item and ship back would be more trouble than it was worth. So I settled on a high gloss black instead of the matte finish.

J bolts for box hold down are not very substantial for the price of tool box. Seem like box would be easy to steal. The box itself is nice quality, just need to come up with better way to fasten box down,

I love the cam locks instead of pull handles for one-handed operation. Low profile in matte black looks really good too. Really quick and easy to install.

While the toolbox itself is designed well, the packaging is not.The toolbox arrived dented in several places.

The first toolbox I received had damage to the lid and on the side. I returned this and received a new toolbox within a few days. It was very simple to mount, and it looks great! The box feels sturdy and my only qualm is that the locking mechanism is absolute garbage. The first few times unlocking it was just as I expected for paying this amount of money. After the first few times it became a nightmare and takes between 10 seconds to 45 seconds of fiddling with the lock to get it unlocked. Other than the locking mechanism everything is good.

I have to say that although it was surprisingly well packaged, a couple days after installing what appears to be a manufacturing flaw, as in a shallow dent, but due to the matte black finish it is difficult to notice. I do think that for the price of this top-end box, the attachment hardware should be better than a couple of j-hooks. Because of that disappointment, I ordered a new and better hardware kit to install, but I should not have had to do so.
