I used this thermostat to replace old malfunctioning thermostat on a domestic hot water storage tank that is connected to separate home heating boiler. It took some searching to find this unit with temperature range that was appropriate for domestic hot water (max 60°C / 140°F) and which provides a narrow setpoint response range. Works well for triggering the boiler circulation pump to heat my storage tank.
