Bearing is sitting about 5 degrees out of alignment with the housing. Not fit for purpose.

These are pretty simple bearings pressed into flanged frames. Unfortunately, both of mine came in almost identically out of square so that a shaft inserted into the bearing would be askew from 90 degrees to the mounting flanges. I don't believe I have a strong enough vise to press them square since the fitment into the frame is very tight, so I will have to change how I mount them to work around it. Since both of mine are both crooked in the same way and the same amount, it seems like this is just a QC issue with the manufacturer. Best to avoid these until they fix the problem.
