I like this shunt, I use it for monitoring the load to the equipment in my shop.I don't like how it was calibrated with a saw cut halfway through the shunt, but for the price its ok.

Anche se è molto che è passato da quando è arrivato quest'oggetto a oggi devo dire che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, le dimensioni non sono troppo grandi e si incastra benissimo nella plancia del mio alimentatore

I bought this to troubleshoot a pickup battery discharge problem. Measurements I got from the shunt agreed with my clamp-on dc ammeter. I installed it in the pickup engine compartment and left it there for a couple of weeks. It withstood the temperature extremes and road vibration perfectly.

It's not rocket science. It's a small value resistor that provides a voltage across it proportional to the current passing through it. I tried it on the bench, and the calibration is within 5%. Can't ask for better for the price.

Mine works correctly as the manufacturing tolerances are spot on for accurate readings on my 12v solar system's 300w inverter. Using it with for an inexpensive combination.

Quality control on this product is a hit or miss. If you are expecting precision resistance than you need to look elsewhere. However this product does work and it can be used in conjunction with the amp meters sold on Amazon

I used this shunt to tap into a Solar DC circuit so I could measure current and voltage.Im looking at 18.5 volts from a 100watt solar cell and 29.6 amps at full son on a 400 watt system. It doesn't seem to negatively affect the system. I would like to know how many ohms this device has?

These have a little slice out of the metal conductor and it is very hard to get these 100% on the money. Saying that, with a load pile amp test, this was so perfect its accuracy was within the wire loss itself of the test gear. I bought more!

The Shunt was a must do to keep track of Amps produced. Many of the wind turbine sellers who include one in their "deal" of a turbine with controller like Missouri Wind and Solar alter theirs with a file or dremel to show higher amps from the turbine they sell you to match their outrageous claims of watt output. This little baby will show what you are really getting with the junk they sell you!We own Windmax turbines and also had a Missouri wind turbine that came with a ALTERED shunt controller and when this was placed in line there was Half the amps shown that their monkied with shunt showed. We tested it, it was fooled with. The Windmax turbines make exactly what they claim, the missouri wind and solar cant even make 20% of what they claim and this little item proved it. Its a great scammer buster! The shunt works by resistance, it has a exacted slice in the metal conductor that is PILE LOAD tested within 5% or less tolerances, this one tested out to be 2% which is top notch! The missouri wind and solar controller with a rigged Shunt tested at 19% off, in their favor, of course! Helps with their false claims on the crap they sell.
