Before taking your car/truck to a mechanic, look up a YouTube vide and order this part. It took less than 10 minutes and only because I was being unnecessarily careful not to pull too hard.The sensor has been in for over a month and working perfectly.I am still feeling insulted by the $200 quote from a mechanic.Highway robbery or taking advantage of a female?

The Ford dealership wanted MUCH more money for a replacement back up sensor but this one from Amazon was priced right, easy to install, and works great. It's identical to the factory Ford sensor as far as I can tell.

According to amazon this was the correct part for my vehicle. After waiting almost a full month for it to arrive in the mail I quickly find out it doesn't fit. Both the plug end and the connection to the truck were wrong. Guess I should of known better than to trust that it was the correct part.

So far so good. My back up sensor was beeping sporadically even when nothing was behind me. I bought on of these I put it in each position until it fixed the problem. Look exactly like the $120 factory piece. Time will well how it lasts but so far it works fine.
