Original makita graphite pads were hard to get. So I bit the bullet and bought this brand and am very pleased with the pads. They work perfectly and the quality is very good because they do not shed the graphite particle all over the work piece, like the original factory pads did.

I did one bedroom floor without this pad. I noticed that moving the sander sideways would often result in a scuff in the wood floor. Also the blue taped seam in several aftermarket belts failed sooner than expected.This pad arrived in time for my second bedroom floor job. The belts ran cooler, scuffing was less, and the blue seamed belts stayed together. Iām happy with the purchase and yes, the holes lined up.

Does the job. A quick fix to the sander. I am pleased as it was readily available and tool shops here didn't have the parts. Cost was better too.
