I rethreaded a bolt extention and I had to use force with my 15" wrench and it didn't break or even show signs of use. Would buy again from UXCell if needed

Quality of material and machinery is not what I expected. Maybe a one time use.

Needed this size to tap the nuts for my brother’s wheel lug nuts, it’s exactly what I was looking for. Very good value and seems to be good quality well. Highly recommended!!

Had to hand-chase buggered threads through a cast-iron manifold with limited access and clearance. These non-magnetic, tapered and bottoming taps were quite a bit shorter other ones available, threaded more easily and decisively, and permitted a "one and done" clean-out and repair. Made a tough job easy, glad I bought them.

Expensive little buggers though, but worth the cost when you need them.

Deformed after the first pass. Might as well be made out of plastic

Great for getting to the bottom threads in those holes! Including the bottoming tap was brilliant, thx.

I bought these to tap 3 holes larger in the side of a Honda aluminum block. The first two went perfectly, I zipped them right in with an impact gun. Kidding. 1/16 turn in, 3/4 turn out, lots and lots of PB blaster. The third started fine and went 1/2 inch in before snapping flush with the surface. Upon inspection of the break, the grain is darker in that spot, a definite weak spot. I got the tap out, with the help of the Walton tap extractor available here on Amazon. I used the second tap to clean up the last hole and finish the job. So in conclusion, use these at your own risk, and understand I’m a professional, and still broke one.
