Nickel-plated brass for durability. The brass valve core is wear-resistant, pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant and has stable performance.
This product is used in a gas medium, which can effectively prevent the gas backflow in the working pipeline caused by the reduction of the gas source, and avoid the reduction of the air pressure which will affect the normal operation of the instrument. Can be used in air pumps and air compressors.
When installed and used, the tail of the arrow is connected to the gas input source, and the head of the arrow is connected to the output end.

I used one of these to replace a check valve on my air system I put on my truck. It was an easy replacement. They look to be a decent check valve, so time will tell as to how they hold up. At this point I would buy these again.

Take care, Not tapered thread, use plenty of thin PTFE tape, possibly use PTFE thread past, which can be very difficult & tricky.Watch this space for updates.

I should have Trusted the Reviews on these Check Valves, instead of ordering them. They Leak. Even after applying several layers of a Quality Teflon Tape, they Leak. Applying any further Torque to the Valve, would have surely cracked the Fitting. A Quality Inspection of this Check Valve by the Supplier/Manufacturer should be.accomplished to determine the cause & resolution to the Leak Defect mentioned by other Customer Reviews. Back They Go! Cost me A Lot of Aggravation & Waste of Time. Trust Me, Purchase a Better Quality Check Valve the FIRST TIME!

No issues at all, works great. People are over tightening these to try to get them to seal. Use Teflon tape with pipe dope to seal. Over tightening will crack them as they are nickel plated copper.

This is a great tool to find where leaks are or are not. This helped me test the compressor head because I could not spray it with soapy water.
