One of the four was dead on arrival and could not be salvaged. A second had a faulty battery pack connection we were able to repair and make work. The two out of four that shipped fully working were perfect brightness, lasted the evening and got a lot of fun attention.

We had a glow school dance and my boys loved these. The school gym wasn't completely dark so the flow in the dark paint I used on their clothes only worked under a black light in the dark but the ties worked and shined brightly throughout the night regardless of how dark it was or wasn't. I also used one in my hair with a zip tie in my pony tail. All four worked well. For reference my boys are 5 years old. Not too big or small or heavy.

Only 3 of the 4 ties actually worked. Saw a prior review that the buyer said only 2 out of 4 worked. Guess I should be happy?
