The hose is a lower grade plastic than we expected and it tends to come unattached from the nozzle too easily, but it screws back on and stays on as long as you don't pull the hose away from the nozzle when you vacuum. It takes practice, which isn't normal for a vacuum system, IMO. Other than that, the kit is high quality, works very well, and stores nicely in a catch-all mesh bag and bracket that you mount on a wall.
