I have this head mounted on the back of a Polaris 500 at 34” above grade. With a 5.5 gpm, 60 psi pump, the 180 degree plate produces a pattern about 6 feet wider than the ATV. It is a disappointment. Now, to find a replacement that works. I love buying stuff twice.

This is a great product, beats cleaning screeners on 24 separate tips and achieves the very same results !But if Your not getting the desired results, try this: If its to do with fan width to narrow, instead of having the fan spray aimed down, plumb it where it can spray directly behind where your traveling and horizontal to the ground, if width continues to be to narrow, raise the tip up higher as needed to achieve results, this can be obtained with any source of rigid pipe. I used a 1/2 in. 90 degree elbow and 10 feet of aluminum pipe.

Excellent. Took a few swipes with a file to perfect the pattern - great after that. Would buy again, but shouldn't need to.

It isn’t obvious to begin with but both caps need to be taken off and the one you want to use should be mounted first. One is for 180° spraying in one is for 90°.This wasn’t obvious in the directions

I did have to increase the size of the pump to 2.2 Gallons a minute on my spray tank to take full advantage of the 27-30 foot wide spray pattern.
