I installed this in my Class B Promaster conversion. This is my first RV, and wasn't sure how these city water inlet valves even function. I first drilled a 1-1/8" hole with a metal hole saw from Truevalue for 10.00, then Dremeled a 3-1/2" hole in the outside plastic trim so the valve is nicely recessed. A plastic button valve keeps the water from flowing out when the hose is disconnected.

This was a great replacement for our 12 year old Toyhauler trailer. The original one was a plastic housing, this one is metal and appears to be powder coated. Great product!
