Product had absolutely no impact on cleaning black or grey tank sensors. Used as directed, left in tanks for several days then drained and flushed tanks. Sensors didn't change and tanks still read full.

I dumped this in my gray tank along with 20 gallons of water and let it sit for a couple of days because the sensors were reading 2/3rd full even though it was empty. Got to my campsite and dumped the gray tank and the sensor level said empty. Woohoo..... yeah that didn't stay like that very long. During my week long camping trip, i had to dump the grey tank and there it was, the level said 2/3rd full again. Going to try the geo method. That's cheaper to do so you can do it several times for the cost of this product.

We live full time in our RV in an RV Prak. We find that we need to clean the sensors about every 4 months due to that fact we aren't on the road so that water doesn't get a chance to slosh around. When the gray water tanks are empty I use about half a bottle for each gray water tanks. Then we use the tanks as normal and allow the product to stay in the tank for at least 24 to 48 hrs. Then drain the tanks as normal. If you haven't used a sensor cleaner before then you should drain the tank(s). Poor the product down the drain and fill the tank(s) with clean water. DO NOT empty the tank(s) for at least 24 hrs. Then drain the tank. Depending on how much gunk is on the sensors you may need to do this twice.

We bought out RV used and it always read 3/4 full even when empty. I used this product for 4 days while out of town and after rinsing the tank. When I finally drained the tank it was disgustingly dirty. This product worked. I used it in combination with the $10 valterra sprayer also sold on Amazon and now my black tank correctly reads empty.

Seemed to help my sensor problem, but did not fix it completely. There may be a wiring problem, which of course this will not fix. Worth a try.

My black water gauge read 3/4 full when empty from clogged sensors inside the tank, I poured recommended amount in and filled the tank with fresh water, drove it around an hour and left it overnight before dumping and after dumping the tank was clean, sensors were clear and my gauge read empty. Good product.
