I scerwed the first one in, and (lucky it happened on the first one) realized i needed to remove it. ...and, the chrome part unscrewed from the threaded part, leaving the threaded part in my engine head. I got it out, and luckily only had to do one. ...then found that, if you screw the threaded part all the way in, the threaded extension is too short. LOUSY DESIGN! So, to finish the job, I had to adjust each one in or out to have the right amount of thread protruding, and thenglue each in place with permanent lock tight. Now not sure i trust them. If you can find better ones, buy those. NOT these.

I did not like the fact that the t-bars were not properly seated.You can clearly see that they were connected with no regard to the proper positioning before being permanently affixed.Complete junk.
