The Thicker Design Peel and Stick Backsplash Tiles offer a surprisingly effective and affordable kitchen or bathroom upgrade. Installation is straightforward, making it a great DIY project, though precise alignment is key. This self-stick tile is one of the most realistic looking and feeling I've ever seen. I found it particularly "appealing" (pun intended) because directions state that walls do not need to be "completely" smooth (That's a bonus! Although I know adhesion will be better the smoother it is).This Vamos Tile is far better quality then I thought it would be, and uses 3M Foam Tape Backing. I'm confident it will stay wherever I put it. That's the most important thing. It is thicker, more durable and easier to work with, but with this particular pattern-style, there are small pieces to cut. Without guides on the back, it was just easier to have a friend cut those pieces for us, so that the top, bottom, side edges are straight without mistakes.Because I decided where it would go prior to seeing it, I chose higher up on the wall of a shower where guests would not be able to touch it (now that I've seen the quality, I'd be comfortable putting it anywhere). Plus there's no grouting and easy cleaning). After we took off the old tiling and wallpaper in the bathroom though, we found there was some repair work to do. I may now want to switch it from the bathroom to the kitchen. (pic: The countertops will be marbled so there isn't so much white, but I'm still thinking about it for the area above and around the shower). The bathroom project would require two boxes. I would definitely use this again and we'll think about using it for the next two bathrooms or anywhere.

We had our home built in 2007 and have never had any type of backsplash or tile on our kitchen walls. With the advancements and popularity of peel and stick wall tiles, I am contemplating using peel and stick tiles on the kitchen walls beneath the upper cabinets. So, when I saw these artistic hexagon shaped peel and stick tiles on the Amazon site, I thought I would order and give them a try.Features: 1) The seller offers these hexagon shaped tiles in two colors, white and grey. I ordered the white color, which has grey grout lines. 2) The tiles are offered 10 to a box. Per the seller, each tile measures 12.4 x 12. Note: I measured the tile several times, and my measurment was 11 x 12. 3) Each tile in the box is protected by a clear plastic covering on the front of the tile. 4) The tiles feel like padded plastic with a somewhat tacky feel. 5) The glue on the back of the tile has a strong harsh odor that disapates once the tiles are attached to the wall. 6) The tiles are very easy to install and cut using sharp scissors and a utility knife with a sharp blade; see attached pic of the tools I used. 7) After cleaning the wall behind my stove, I placed a row of 3 tiles behind the stove. I need to have a clear visual of the tiles to help me decide if I want to move forward with installing peel and stick tiles in my kitchen. 8) All of the walls in our home have a knock down texture. With the advances in peel and stick tiles, I plan to keep these few tiles in place for at least a month to see if they will stick and stay in place.I installed 3 tiles this morning around 10 AM. It is slightly after 8 PM and the tiles are still in place. Overall, I like the simplistic and artistic design of this white hexagon tile. Plus, they are very easy to install. However, I do not like the plastic feel of the tiles. For now, I am giving this product 3 stars. Should I decide to move forward with fully installing this product, I will update my review.

I'm installing this over clear contact paper in my laundry room to try out how I like it above the sink. I'm really impressed so far with how nice the tile is!

These are so pretty. Easy to cut with a new exacto knife (I don't suggest scissors) and go up easy-peasy. I don't recommend putting it anywhere it would experience steam as you might get some peeling. Also they are not movable, so try to line them up exact the first time. We used googone and a scraper to remove residue.

I'm going to start by saying there is a learning curve to this product. For starters, kitchen shears weren't my best choice of tool...and secondly, I probably shouldn't have started it while cooking dinner with a toddler and baby underfoot. That's all on me... Just because I was impatient. Even with all that, rlthey look great!I'm so pleased with these. The "grout" isn't just a printed line, the tiles are raised from the grout like a real tile would be. They are thick and nice quality. They are very easy to apply, and bond well. I had to pull one off and move it over a bit and I was able to do so easily. I think they'll remove well when I'm ready, but will stay until then. I like that they're big full sheets, that makes them easier to work with (and faster). I was able to redo my entire backsplash with less than 3 boxes, so under $100, which I think is a phenomenal value.I would definitely use these again. I highly recommend them!
