I like everything about the mirror. Works great so far, it’s been installed for 3 weeks. The only problem with mine is the heated pad installed on the back side of the mirror is positioned a little too high, not exactly centered. Since I installed long side vertically. I was afraid to try to reposition the heating element pad fearing it would destroy the mirror. You could install the mirror lower than I did I suppose, but it says to install it a few inches above the faucet. If you are tall it won’t be a problem. My daughter is 5’6” and has to stand on her tippy toes after her shower to see her face since the heating element is installed on the upper portion of the mirror. If you install it long side horizontally it would be more towards the right hand side of the mirror. I’m not sure if it was supposed to be installed more centrally on the mirror or not? Could be a manufacturing issue? It is packed very well and is protected so it should arrive undamaged, unless it gets seriously abused by the shipper.I would purchase again if needed and recommend this mirror.The directions are vague to say the least. The bracket that holds the mirror to the wall, I ended up drilling an extra hole or two in it because the mounting holes are not 16” on center. I installed 2 each mounting screws with different drywall inserts than what was supplied with the mirror. I don’t like using inserts in drywall especially for a heavy mirror like this. But I have at least 3 long screws, I had in my shop, into framing studs and seems sturdy enough for me.Looks nice and updated my bathroom.

This was very easy to set up! Not heavy, and a beautiful addition to our remodeled bathroom. It gives off plenty of light on any setting and the defogger works great! I would recommend this to anyone. I never do reviews and don’t usually believe the ones I read anyways. I am not paid to write this…just an honest review of a good product!

Waiting for our handyman to install, but already checked it out. Took it out of the box to test it out. Love that it can be bright, or you can dim it.
