Very nicely made. I like the precision and even grinding on the tips as compared to others in a similar price range. Works great.

The overall strength seems fine but I was pretty disappointed with the top claw manufacturing because I know every time I pull a nail with this bar I’m going to have to take that extra second to compensate for the uneven claw lengths and thicknesses. It may not seem too bad, but when I am pulling hundreds of nails over the course of many years of work I can already see myself buying a better one right away.

I'm pretty picky about my tools. I don't want the super cheap ones that will break but I also don't want a tool anywhere near me that costs so much just because of the name stamped on them. (Festool and Snap-On are about the worst). Tools are made to be used. This bar is good, simple and strong and sold at a fair price. Use it, abuse it, put it away wet and do it again the next day.

First, not sure whose fault this is, the picture shown the black paint version, but I got a blue one. I used to have the older version of this and then it got "borrowed". Even though that one was beat up, it still has a sharper set of point on all the blades than this newer version. Oh well, this one will do as most of the other choices (even my beloved Estwing - GO BUY their hammers) hanging on the rack at HD are worse still.

The best cat's paw out there. I am a carpenter foreman with over 40 years experience. I highly recommend this tool. It is the right size. It is ground at the correct angle to get into nails you want to pull. The openings are the right size so that it easily grips the nails. Save time and money and buy the best first.

Excellent tool; a must have for removing partially embedded nails from lumber. Durable hard steel head - doesn't deform from numerous hammer blows needed to sink the claws below nail head.Good price for tool.

Before I have always used a regular cats paw. After seeing a friend at work with this bear paw. I had to try it. This thig is awesome works great much better leverage than a traditional cats paw.
