I host Airbnb guests, and many of them, especially long-term stays, enjoy cooking on the stove. I used to buy the $20 versions from Walmart, but they often rust, break quickly, or can't handle the high heat needed to boil certain foods. Since upgrading to this product, my electricity bill has dropped by nearly $50 a month. I’m so pleased with the improvement that I now have two units. Very grateful for this upgrade!

Looks good, functions well, takes up little space,easy to clean. The only downsize is..if something is dropped on it, may crack the glass. Mine did but still functions.

There was no manual with the stove and I can't find one on line at the moment. I am in trouble because my wife doesn't like it and wants be to return it. It sat at home for over a month before I installed it.Installing was easy and was working fine for a couple of weeks. One plate maybe heating fine and after a few moments it just shuts off. Sometimes she can turn it back on and other times I have to kick the breaker off and on. The stove did not kick the breaker off! It still needs to do a reset. This is one of the foriegn brands that are sold on Amazon with a good rating. In research this stove top is sold under about 5 different brands because they all send you the same help sites which a just an Amazon page with the stove for sale. Kind of SUCKS!!!!!!!! Not much I can do and my wife says that is it with Amazon (they market alot of junk!)

The cord of this cooktop is very thick and comes out the bottom of the cooker. I want to use the cooker on top of my counter (not dropped into a hole in the countertop), but because the cord is so thick, the cooker does not sit flat on the counter and puts the cord in a very awkward position. I imagine this will eventually damage the cord. For that reason I gave it a one. It probably works fine if it's placed into a hole in the counter, but because of the cord issue, I returned it. I can't seem to find a cooktop that has the cord coming out the side rather than the bottom.

one of the burners is not working. the instructions say it is short circuited. JUNK I never even got to use it... not once, as my kitchen construction was delayed until last week. do not waste your money!!!! The company contacted me after posting this review and offered to send me the parts to fix the problem but I would rather have a stovetop that WORKS.
