This made it very simple to run wires in wall for a projector in daughter's room. Literally took 10 minutes to do and I am not a super handy guy. You just need a stud finder - and obviously avoid the area/stud the outlet is on unless you are the handy type.

Never knew there was such a thing out there to hide my TV cords until I seen on here! Was easy enough to do myself and love how I can,t see wires coming down wall from TV!

Works well, looks decent. Only downside is the "channel" is a bit small therefore requiring some inventive positioning of the cables when trying to shove them down a wall.
