Just look at how this thing is boxed and you see the manufacturer designed these to break during shipping. Bought one. Received it broken. Asked for replacement this is what I got. Broken. Had to order yet a third one. It's coming in today. I don't have high hopes it won't be broken.

First one arrived broken, but immediately returned it, and received replacement super fast. Compared this one with last remaining NIST traceable hydrometer I had and this one matched up perfectly. Very happy with purchase.
