I purchased 4 of these batteries for my Traxxas Slash 4x4. The packaging for the one battery was opened already as if the battery had already been returned and was sold again to me unfortunately. The other 3 Venom lipo’s would not hold a charge. By far the worst lipo batteries I have ever purchased while being in this hobby and they were returned.

The batteries are great but the TRX adapters are garbage, they slip off when driving. I went and bought another company's adapters and they fit on the existing connectors attached to the battery. Venom needs to fix their adapters. Still the batteries are great.

I bought this battery to put in my Traxxas rustler 2wd brushed and it works amazing it gives it a little bit more power but last a whole lot longer just the battery is a little short my light half a centimeter so it does move but barely. Over all would definitely buy more

Battery used Tamiya DT02, brushless setup with 60amp max ESC, wheel load to 2.1" with sand paddles all around, the car with battery response is quick and punchy even though i have no "boost" capacitors installed. the runtime is amazing. I bring two packs to outings and can outrun dogs in park for close to 2hrs!!

I have gotten (2) of these .. the first with an Axial SCX10 Trail Honcho and the second with an Axial SCX10 Jeep Wrangler G6. The SCX10's came with the Tamiya battery harness which works great with these batteries .. no cutting ... no soldering .. just stick the Tamiya adapter on the Venom pack and go. I also selected the "Traxxas 2933 EZ-Peak Plus 6-Amp LiPo/NiMH Charger". A proper balance charger is important.After a full charge, I have driven for more than hour non-stop .. and never seen the battery power really drop off.

I am very pleased with the performance of these batteries. I bought 2 of them for our family's traxxas stampede VXL. They are clearly better than the factory NiMH 8.4v 3000mah that came with the rc and make it run faster. These last a long time and the price is right. I'd buy them again!

It stays cool through out the whole drive. It is a great upgrade from the stock battery's that you get with traxxas products. I my self have a Slash 2wd, and it runs very nicely. It has a lot of power off the line but in a race against the same truck but stock battery, the truck with this battery would win by only a little bit because my truck came with a 8.4v stick battery and this venom batty is 7.4v so that's why. But I recently upgraded to a Glendon brushless system and now it does weelies all over the place from a full stop. Now my truck kills my brothers stock tuck in any race. I gave this Venom battery a 5 star rating because I think this would be a great upgrade for any rc car driver. I am planning to buy another battery from venom but instead of this one maybe an 11.1v battery with 5000mah. That battery will be a ton of fun;)

-UPDATE 2016. I've had these for 4 years. I still use one battery and it charges full 4.2v per cell. The second battery, I let a friend borrow it and he forgot to enable his RC's lipos low voltage detection and drained the battery enough for it to never charge again.I ordered two of these for my Slash 4x4 Ultimate Brushless R/C car. What a huge improvement from the stock battery!! It has plently of power that I do not see changing into 3s lipos anytime soon. The battery comes with included tips for many different kinds of battery attachments which is a plus because i dont have to worry about cutting and splicing wires to save money on a decent battery. I've own these batteries for almost 5 months and have not had a problem. Drove them through mud, submerged in water, forgot it charging, and still works.I am a weekend basher and my type of riding is in construction areas. With that said, I am a bit throttle happy and they seem to last a good 20-30min each for my r/cSlash Brushless 4x4-20min->30min bashing time-Has multiply attachments-Hard Case-Holding up fine after submerged
