The kit was incomplete! The gears and instructions are missing even though I paid for a FULL kit. Cannot fix my blind without it. Totally disappointed!

I was able to remove the broken gear and stem from my blind slats and replace them with these. Therefore it was easier than having to take the whole blind assembly apart.

As long as you are willing to re-string the entire track this works fine. If you have a blind older than 10 years it may not fit - possibly due to weathering expansion of the metal rod in the track
