The packet that this product was supplied in had been opened and upon investigation one of the embroideries had been started and then unpicked and the threads put back in packet. The fabric had been ironed to find the middle to start the embroidery and thread colour number 2 had been separated into strands and a number of stitches had been made into the fabric and then unpicked and threads replaced onto the thread card. I have kept this because I cannot get it replaced and finished in the timescale I need but I will not buy from here again. Would have given zero stars but one is the only option! Product not as described as second hand not new.
