I am a mechanic and work on a whole variety of projects. I work on every from excavators to chainsaws. I also do a lot of DIY projects at home. This screw driver fits better than the #2 Phillips from either Snapon or Milwaukee’s USA made screw drivers. If you’re working on any Japanese equipment with JIS screws, this should work well.This thing will even grab stripped out Philips heads.

Used this screwdriver to clean and rebuild a Honda GC160 and GCV190 carb. Look for JIS screws with a small dot on the head. Much better fit than standard Philips screwdriver. Don’t risk stripping out the head with the wrong tool or you’ll regret not getting this.

I needed a reliable Philips head screw driver as I work with small screws on my remote control airplanes with little heads that can be difficult to loosen.None of the drivers I have used have worked very well. This one has a large grip with a small enough head for the screws. It is better but I still have difficulty on some screws.

Purchased for PC work. While a standard Phillips screwdriver will work for cross-point screws, the JIS bits fit better and have better torque without slipping. (not that screws in a PC generally need much torque) Also, the magnetic gripping power is better than any Craftsman, Klein, or Kobalt screwdriver I’ve ever owned.If you work on/inside PCs, this is well worth the small cost.

I had a #1 and a #2 JIS bit, but I wanted a dedicated driver since the bits are hard to find when I need them. Best thing about this JIS driver is that I can use it where a P2 driver is called for, but not vice versa. The ball head on this is awesome too! I get a lot more torque and it's easier to grip too.

If you are working on a Japanese motorcycle/car a Japanese Industry Standard screwdriver will make life a lot easier, and you won't end up gnarling screw heads in an attempt to get them out.
