A little hard to figure out. Does offer support and is adjustable. Helps with keeping movement limited.

This sling and swathe style shoulder sling works well for those with neck problems. The style of this sling does not require a strap around the neck so it is way more comfortable and painless to use. I have chronic neck pain and traditional slings have a strap that goes around the neck which bears the brunt of the weight and support which I cannot tolerate due to neck pain. This sling is supported by a pullover vest style support and is pain free for my neck. The arm support is good. Once on and adjusted properly the arm is well supported. It is almost a necessity to have a second person to help you get it adjusted properly the first time you put it on, especially with a painful arm. Once adjusted properly future applications are pretty easy to do on your own. It holds and supports your arm well. The vest shifts a little bit especially if you're wearing a silky slippery type of shirt fabric but you can tighten the vest straps which does help with this issue. Make sure you put the horizontal arm strap on to give your arm support or it can slide out if you have little control of it or it is very weak.Overall not as good as the medical grade slings but it does work and the design is better as it does not require a neck strap. It really depends on what you are using it for. I would not recommend it for post surgery unless approved by your doctor but for shoulder pain that is not related to surgery, it is very helpful.

Tried this for reducing movement in my shoulder when my bum rotator cuff flares up. I wanted something that would really immobilize the joint and distribute the weight of the arm a bit better than a traditional arm sling. I was not disappointed in this item. It definitely restricts mobility, which will help me with pain reduction and also allow the inflammation to subside quicker. It is fully adjustable and fit true to size for me. Having the vest prevents that feeling of your arm's weight being pulled at an angle across one side of your body, and instead distributes in more evenly across your back and chest. This thing is effective, both in cost and in function. Recommended.

This thing is fiddly lol It's hard to figure out and weird to maneuver, but it does serve it's purpose once you get it figured out. I guess I'm just not used to this style of sling. Definitely keeps your arm from doing anything. So, it works. Decent.

The Ezy Wrap Store Vest Shoulder Immobilizer comes in a long plastic bag with a short instruction sheet. It's a little difficult to refold the immobilizer after use to fit back into the storage bag, but it can be done. The immobilizer goes over the head like a bib. Adjustable straps on either side then clip the front to the back. I found it best to adjust the straps out before putting on the immobilizer and then tightening them in place. The wide arm strap is a separate piece with hook and loop connections at both ends. One end attaches to the inside of the bib front (not the back), then goes around the arm to attach to the outside of the bib front. The bottom of the bib folds up over the arm to be immobilized and attaches via a hook and loop strip. It's best to fold up the bottom first and then attach the side strap since there is limited space on the hook and loop surface for attaching both. The strap will stick to the bottom flap, but not the other way around. The vest design is comfortable and does a good job of immobilizing the arm for simple strains or joint pain. The fabric is thin, yet strong and warm. The X-Large size fits me very well.

Arrived unexpectedly early than scheduled. The design was very smart and patient friendly. It helped both the upper arm stick to the body to avoid movement and also keep the lower arm and hand at the heart level so to avoid the swelling. Highly recommend.

First one was not received. Got billed anyway. Second one ordered took long to get but doesn’t stay in place the arm is heavy from a stroke and slides out constantly.
