4-Step Easy Replacement of Grinding Disc: 1. Seek the lockhole. 2. Insert the pin into the lock hole and keep it still. 3. Rotate the backing plate anti-clockwise and remove it. 4. Turn the other backing plate clockwise to replace the former.

This is the second tool I have purchased from this manufacturer. The tools are high quality and work like they are supposed to right out of the box. This particular tool let me get into tight places that I would have had to sand by hand. Hugh time savings.

I've been pleased with this sander, it works great. The large assortment of accessories makes it a good value.I'll note that while a small air compressor will run the tool it won't run it for very long. I have the four gallon,1.5HP unit which can sustain it at full speed for only about 20 seconds. You'll need a large air compressor if you want to run this continuously.

May be the system but it seems to suck the air... A little higher than the advertised cfm draw. But it works good otherwise, heads are easy to change, no scratch marks or swirls from the discs.
