Came quickly and was relatively easy to assemble. Works well: easy to mount on the dock and equally easy to remove. It seems reasonably sturdy, at least at this early stage of its life. There are other, similarly designed dock ladders out there; the question is longevity. Will not know the answer to that for a couple of years, but so far, so good.

Very simple to assemble and very durable. Slanted so it is easy to climb up. Love it!

Directions were pretty vague, but assembly was pretty easy. I have not used the ladder yet but it seems perfect for what I needed!

This ladder was easy to assemble and is very sturdy. Makes getting out of the lake and back on too the dock so much easier for the grandkids.

Installed per their directions and it works great! We had it on the dock all summer and easily took it out for winter storage. Great ladder.

We have a boulder and crib dock on Superior. When you jump in, some times you want to jump out. Fast. For safety and pleasure, you can’t beat the sturdy-yet light construction. If big weather is coming, it’s easy to pull it out and secure it on shore.

this ladder is sturdy, but the workmanship is SO very poor. They must have been welded by someone learning to weld as they're sloppy welds and they haven't been sanded down or cleaned up much at all. It's left to be seen if the welds actually hold.

The pieces that insert under the cleats have a weak weld and bend/snap extremely easily. The first time an adult tried to use the ladder they snapped/bent (basically came right out from under those loops). He fell and the ladder fell. Glad it wasn’t a kid because someone could have been hurt (plenty of sharp edges). We can bend the metal back but it will probably bend or break again so I am returning it. The ladder is fine (it’s a ladder) but the way it attaches doesn’t work well. It needs to be stronger/different, that little piece bends way too easily.
