Es la peor marca para equipos de cafetería. Se descomponen y el servicio de parte de Vevor es nulo. No hay técnicos que sepan repararlos. La atención al cliente es pésima y TODAS las máquinas de hielo que he comprado se descomponen antes del año. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

I've had it running for a couple of weeks. Working good so far. It is smaller than our previous unit which I like. Runs quiet. Have not figured out how to adjust the freeze cycle to have less webbing of the ice. I know you can adjust the freeze cycle to run longer but I am at the factory default setting now and it needs to be less time. I just need to refer to the manual, but haven't.Updated 7/11/2023. What I said is true. But the unit started failing 30 days after the post. The full story is the first unit I ordered came damaged. I didn't try it to see if it worked. Ordered #2 came undamaged. so this is what the original paragraph was about. 30 day into the use, the bin would fill 1/2 full of water and ice made from the machine. Thinking the drain was plugged, i emptied the bin of ice and water. Drain not plugged anymore. More week pass by. I now a have a timeline of events. Makes ice for two days. Day 3 goes by and no issues. Day 4 - water fills the bin along with ice. Days 5 and 6 - bin is completely empty of water and ice. Unit will not make ice unless you reboot the unit, then the process starts over again. Order third unit. Third unit came in damaged in three places, but box was undamaged and I used it to ship #2 unit back with. Third unit ran but never made ice. Called Amazon to return the third unit today. I am done with this unit. Clearly then have quality issues. Looks good but that is it if you have enough time and effort to remove the protective coating on the stainless steel panels. Manual is bad as well. Not user friendly

This is my second one and first one after 4 months stopped working and where there was no one to fix it I bought the second and came defective did not make ice at all. Returning and will try another brand. Poor quality. No instructions came w the product

The machine does what it is supposed to do and the ice is pretty clear. One thing I didn’t care for was the protective plastic covering the stainless steel. It’s very hard to remove because they put the unit together and the plastic wrap goes completely into the seams and under the trim. The door does not open completely and you have to bend down to scoop the ice. It’s pretty quiet. I’m going to get a stand for it because it’s pretty short. If you get a stand you need one that can handle the 75lbs for the unit and also the weight of the ice. Over all I would recommend this ice maker. Oh, them tiny user guide is terrible and doesn’t tell everything about the controls and display. There is a button on the control panel that says HOT, I thought it would start melting the ice to clean it but the only thing I found it does is turn the blue light off.
