The ladder was missing 2 brackets that hold the back of the ladder. I contacted the seller who wanted me to send pictures of the missing parts. Huh? The email told me to reply with photos. I tried but it was a No Reply email. I got tired of trying to contactthem so I bought something close and will try to make it work. The product seems well built. Customer service was not helpful, though,with a relatively minor issue.

The two brackets needed to secure the ladder to the dock were missing. Chatting with customer support was a slow, drawn out process that has not yet resulted in any resolution.Do not recommend purchasing products from VEVOR.

Easy assembly. Quality material. It was missing the straps to anchor to the dock but the seller was responsive and provided an appropriate replacement.The ladder is lightweight and easy to use. We take it out of the water when not using.

Assembly was fairly simple and completed in about 30 minutes. You'll need 2 13 MM wrenches or 1/2 inch wrench. I was missing a bolt which I expected after reading other reviews. The stairs are solid but you should expect some wiggle in the handles although it don't think it'll make a difference in use. They include little screws to attach to a dock but I wouldn't trust those. Go with lags. I'll know more once we get it in the water but overall it should work for your needs.

Easy to install and works well . Does everything as a ladder 4 times the price.
