The beer brew fermentor utilizes upgraded sealed high elasticity locking clasps. The barrel lid is equipped with a silicone sealing ring, securely locking the lid to the barrel body, preventing leakage, ensuring longer fermentation preservation, and fearless transportation bumps.
Proper ventilation promotes the discharge of microbial metabolites, improving fermentation efficiency. The lid can be fitted with a one-way exhaust pipe to release bubbles, injecting a small amount of water to prevent backflow, achieving sterile and breathable fermentation.
Monitoring temperature changes during fermentation is necessary. Our stock pot comes with a thermometer, with clear scales and accurate readings. You can use it to monitor the temperature of brewing beer, spirits, wine, fruit wine, and more.

This is a great conical fermenter especially for the cost.Very manageable at about the same size as a 7-gallon plastic brew bucket.

Updated: I have left my original story but the end tell my feelings months later.I just recently purchased this product since I have decided to scale up my mead production from 1 gal batches to 5. I will also be brewing beer in the next few weeks using a 5gal kit. Initially unboxing the fermenter looks great, maybe a little dirty. Assembly and setup were easy enough. After mixing my mead ingredients (3gal batch) and pitching the yeast I noticed the following day 2 observations. 1 that the valves leak a little bit at a rate of about 1-2 drops per day. Thats nothing terrible, but honey is very sticky and I worry about sanitation after as they leak from the screws. 2nd is that the metal is thin enough for the fermenter to swell a bit before pushing gas through the airlock, therfore I get a big gas release every few second rather than a continuous bubble. That makes judging my fermentation tricky as I know things are about done when usually get to one bubble every 5 seconds. I could have purchased 4 of the plastic 6.5gal brew buckets with valve for the same price as this fermenter so I give it a meh.Update: I have just experienced my first batch of spoiled mead using this fermenter. I've never had a batch spoil prior to this. I'm going to try and resanitize this and try again but dumping my first 3 gallon batch of mead down the drain is hard to watch.I have since brewed 6 batches of mead or beer using this fermenter and I love it. My early issues were my fault for not doing proper initial disassembly and sanitation. I have 2 plastic bucket fermenters and I greatly prefer this. I've even done 3 lagers in my cold garage this winter. I may buy another.

The manufacturing and quality are great! Easy to set and clean. Good fit and finish. Only complaint is the rim of the cover is a bit sharp. A professional look added to my brewing!

Liked that this came with a gasket in the lid, bung and airlock. I have used this for my last 2 brews and like the ease of cleaning it. Also like that i do not need to siphon but just open the spicket near the bottom and still keep the old yeast and trub from my fermented beer.

I have made several brews and with a quick rub down of alcohol I have had 100% clean results.
