hydraulic long ram jack

With a lifting range of 26"-46.1" (660-1170 mm) and a lifting stroke of 20.1 inches (510 mm), our engine hoist jack allows you to handle large objects with ease and speed.

engine hoist jack

The 3-ton long ram jack is crafted from durable #45 steel. The large 30 mm hydraulic cylinder reduces the required oil pressure for load movement. The Y-ring plunger design ensures a stable and safe lifting process, preventing slow descents or oil drift.

hydraulic ram jack

Equipped with both a pressure pump and an air pump, our jack simplifies lifting tasks. Easily handle large objects with minimal physical effort. You can link it to an air compressor for fast and effortless lifting, making even the most challenging lifting operations easy.

Seems really stout. Hooked it up the other day and what a racket! Just be aware that these units don't just "pump up" smoothly. They ratchet up about a half inch at a time and require a LOT of air. My little pancake compressor is well done before the boom reaches even 3/4 height. Since I'm using it on a fairly seldom basis, I'm not really concerned. Just be prepared to wait.

Lifts just fine manually or compressor assisted. Leaks like a sleeve tho. Can't tighten the relief valve done hard enough. Will have to rebuild to even hope this holds air. The powder coat on this thing is terrible, like it was melted by chemicals and then it re hardened.

Leaked oil in transit. Box was a mess. Bottom hole for pin was not machined straight. Got it to fit on hoist, but not right. Once installed and air hooked up, it started raising with out hitting valve. Air leaking past valve in closed position. Poorly assembled, no quality control. Price was good. But paying $100 for a $10 pile of scrap is not a good value. Returned for refund. Thank you Amazon!

Bought a brand new harbor freight engine hoist, bought this cylinder, un-boxed it, bolted right up, hooked up the air to it & picked up a 600 lb piece of machinery, a must have tool, works excellent, very happy

I bought this to replace a ram that was leaking on an old engine hoist. I bought the pneumatic version as a bit of an upgrade to hopefully make the hoist a little easier to operate. After it was installed, the pneumatic part of the pump didn't work, like a number of others have indicated in their reviews. Air just blew out of some holes in the bottom of the pneumatic part of the jack, but I could hear something moving inside the jack when air pressure was released. I thought something might just be stuck so I pulsed turning the air on and off to the jack and after about a minute of doing that, it suddenly started working and extended the piston. Time will tell whether or not the pneumatic part keeps working. The manual handle part of the jack still works when the pneumatic part doesn't.If it keep working I think I'll be happy enough with it. It gets dinged a couple of stars for not working out of the box.
