The restaurant pager system consists of a 999-channel wireless touch keyboard transmitter and 20 pagers. Customers don't need to queue, maintaining social distancing and improving efficiency.
Pagers are equipped with a newly upgraded lithium polymer battery of 250mAh, enhancing standby time and charging cycles, suitable for a day's work.
The social distancing pager features LED, vibration motor, and buzzer alert modes. Even in a noisy restaurant, customers can hear the beep sound. The paging system uses a touch-type keyboard for easy operation. A pairing instruction label is added, providing an intimate user experience.
A single transmitter keyboard can call all the pagers in the restaurant by changing the pager number to the same number. Multiple keyboards can call the same restaurant buzzer simultaneously, allowing use in both the kitchen and cashier areas.
Putting the pager on the charging base with power.Enter "0"on the keypad and briefly press the [ ] button until the LED display disappears. Note: Please turn off the pager when it is not being used to avoid affecting the battery's life.

I'm glad I tested these pagers before fully implementing them in my business. During testing, I encountered significant issues. Despite following setup instructions, several pagers had poor sound quality, and others failed to connect. In fact, only a handful worked reliably. To make matters worse, the functioning pagers would stop working after restarting the device, while previously faulty ones would suddenly work. This inconsistent behavior is extremely frustrating.

We use these mainly on our food truck, but we have a diner also and it’s in a strip mall. When one of the other businesses sends someone in to order food we give them a pager and page them to come back when it’s ready. One of the businesses is about 1/8 a mile away and it works when they are in their business so the range is great!

I have a food trailer and I always had to be yelling at my clients to come and pick up their order, after buying this system it was very easy for me and for my clients they really like not having to worry about missing their turn, now my business looks more professional and customers can wait for their orders in their car encouraging social distancing so they feel more secure and my business keeps running. It is a very good product, easy to use and the signal range is long, it does not matter if they enter the building next door, they still receive the signal, I love how practical it is, I am very happy, I highly recommend it for any business in that customers have to wait their turn. It makes my business look fancy !!Update: We have used them in our business for three years every day and they did the job. I just would like to be able to replace some vipers that were lost or some that no longer charge the battery.
