Priced well but you get what you pay for. Just unpacked to see if they came with nuts to attach to the axle as per other reviews - and of course they didn’t. Also all brake shoe linings are contaminated with oil or grease. Don’t have to be a scientist to understand that this is not good for the wear and longevity of the braking system. Super disappointed

Brakes look like good quality, would be impressed but… 2 things that cost them 2 stars. First is both sets, so 4 brakes(I bought double for a tandem) were missing the Nuts to attach the brake to the axle flange. So thats 16 nuts I now have to go buy in the morning. Second is a bit of a bonus but also a p*ss off. Thats that bearings are included. I read the description of these very carefully and at no point did they mention or show that they were included and I didn't have time to wait and find out they weren't. So now I have a full set of extra bearings for these that I bought separately for I think about $60… at least I have extras I guess…

Be sure to pack the bearings with grease before install. Mine were DRY! Installing dry bearings will cause major problems & damage.

Installed fine, mostly used for short runs on a boat trailer, never put in water. Boat was always lifted off. Brakes worked fine but when trailering for 30miles at 55mph both bearings went and destroyed the race in the hub. Now buying high end ones.

Received shipment today. The box was broken open, with brakes protruding out, as seen in the pictures. I did remove all items to inspect for missing components, or damage. It appeared to me to be ok upon inspection. It looks like good quality, and was relatively fast shipment for the weight. Looking forward to the installation in month's to come. Giving a 3star rating only because of packaging, and haven't installed to see how that all goes. Will update if required

Nuts missing, the nuts are shown in the picture of the product as being included, 4 studs were pressed out of one of the brake plates and were loose inside the box..
