I liked the quality overall of the product. However not having an end cap for both ends was a problem...I ended up scavenging and gluing the end caps from 3 in order to create 3 fully working drains.I didn't see it in the description - but it should have indicated that each of the pieces only had 1 closed end, and the other end open.I would NOT recommend.

I returned these as we went a different route, so I can't speak to the longevity, but they seemed to be a very solid build. If we end up needing something like this in the future, I'll definitely buy them.

Still installing it but my yard slopes towards the house and this will divert the water away from the property to the street. Was unsure of the product so I only ordered two boxes, durable and works great. Now to order two more boxes to finish the project.

Sturdiness, ease of installation, and value are the main requirement I prioritize in a trench drain system because it is a simple concept.Just install them at a 1-2 degree angle (I use an electronic level) going downward from the area you want to drain, and ideally underlay them with a solid material such as rocks so they are less prone to shift over time, and that's that.The drains interlock end-to-end, so very easy to keep them aligned. I use either a garden hose to wash them out or, if dry, an air blower, but the grates can be pried off if you want. I keep a wire mesh device at the entry point so it doesn't fill with larger debris.

These drains come with non standard drain holes. 2.1 or 3.1 inches. This means no standard drain pipes will fit. Completely unusable.
