The cog is too wide that any bike chain is unable to fit in

Let's start for the fact that one of the parts doesn't fit ( the size of the stop nut is not the correct diameter) after that the thickness of the teeth is not the same in all of them that means that the chain doesn't fit properly, if you use a chain #420 it may fit but definitely not for a bike chain

“High strength” but is as wide as those cogs found on department store-tier bicycles. This is your generic cheapo track cog. If you’re looking to use this on a daily or velodrome bike—stop being cheap and buy something more durable and safe.
