This vibration machine felt secure when I stood on it both without the power on and continued to feel secure once the machine was in motion. The machine itself has a touch screen to view settings and programs along with a remote control, which made it easier for me. There are pre-programmed setting to chose from which changed the intensity/speed giving me a goal to move toward. Two resistance bands were included with the vibration plate to provide you with additional exercises. I was happy to see the instruction book show you several exercises that you can include with your routine using the vibration plate on and off. Another nice addition is the Bluetooth capability. I hooked it up to my phone and enjoyed listening to music as I worked out.

Vibration PlateI love this vibration plate. The design is sleek and compact, so it doesn't take up too much space in my home gym. My family and I love it! It is perfect for people who don't have much time to exercise every day or want a new way to exercise in the comfort of their home. The vibrations feel amazing; it's very relaxing and fun too. It is easy to use and store; it doesn't take up much space. It has multiple program settings built in, and you can also customize the speed.
