Works Great & Tucks Under The BedIf you're shopping for one of these I don't see the need to tell you what they purport to do ; )and I can't attest to any huge change I've seen in my body as a result of using itBut I like itI like the way my body responds to using it. I feel invigorated after I'm done.Sure that could be all in my head but who cares?This one has 10 speed setting and an automatic shut off at 10 min.I'm 5'10 tall and weigh 205lbs and this thing still has plenty of motor left.Not the cheapest version out there but not the most expensive either.If you're leaning that direction I say go for it

This vibration plate is a nice addition to your home exercise equipment. It is well made and sturdy. It comes with clear instructions and a remote batteries included). It adds intensity to simple movements and can stimulate lymphatic circulation.

So far I love it. Great for making your blood flow better. Is a great work out tool in general. Has so many levels/settings that it can be for everyone. Nice resistance bands. Would recommend.

After seeing vibe plates all over tiktok this was exciting to get! I really do like using it while I watch tv or listen to a podcast and I do feel so invigorated after and the next day! This does work on the different speeds and do what it advertises!

I will admit that this is not easy for me to use, but wow, when I am able to use this it gives me what feels like one heck of a major workout. Easy to get started, great vibration levels, functionality, build quality and helps with weight loss..this is excellent in so many areas.
