The tree stand makes a clicking noise every so often while rotating. Sometimes more times than other times also depending on which way rotating since it switches directions each time you turn it on. The seller told me to contact Amazon about a return/replacement. My tree is in the stand and I am not taking it out to return it at this time. I would like to know if any other complaints regarding this happening. Really wish this would be a little bit quieter. Worked great for the first couple days and then all of a sudden I can hear the motor. Sounds like a bunch of loud crickets however if not right next to it, TV/radio or other daily noise helps drown out noise.

I was very happy to have a rotating tree stand for my second Christmas. Regrettably, the rotation mechanism (the switch) quit working after the second day. I should have returned the item right away but I waited until after the return period (honestly I did not want to undecorate and take down my tree) and can not get a refund. Unfortunately, all I have now is an expensive stationary stand. Very bummed. I do not recommend this rotating stand whatsoever.

We bought this stand to replace one that wobbled and did not operate smoothly. We have been using this stand for about 2 weeks. So far this one is working perfectly - no wobble or hesitation.

Didn't really know what to expect as this was a first time having a rotating tree. I love it. This product was so easy to assemble (put the legs on) and just plug in your tree lights to the stand. I had a 6 1/2' tree.Very well made, would highly recommend. I was going to be out of town for two weeks, so I put my tree up extra early, Nov. 1st., and never had a problem until the tree came down on New Year's Eve.

this was an absolute disappointment on two fronts. first of all, i could never get it to work more than two seconds and then it would blow a fuse. we went through SIX different fuses trying all different configurations. secondly, the tree wouldn't stand up straight even with the adapter! we had to jerry-rig a copper pipe inserted all the way through the tree and stand to straighten it out. this was not a heavy tree at all. i really wanted it to spin because it is a beautiful lady in her dress, but by the time i realized it didn't work it was too late to return it. that's what i get for planning ahead! now my lady won't be able to dance on christmas eve :-(.

Love this. One of the Christmas trees I put up each year contains only penguin ornaments. I've been collecting them for several years, and they completely fill my tree. It's so cool having the tree rotate so that I can see all of the ornaments and not just a few.

This is our second rotating stand. 1st one was very old and burned out after years of use. This one is exactly the same and work GREAT. Easy to decorate the Xmas tree. A hit with all our friends that come over. Kids love it too! Makes decorating the tree so fun. Recommend.
