I needed lighter weights to walk in the pool as I heal a herniated disc. These do the job. They provide some strength training without straining my back. I’ll be using these for a while as I heal. I appreciate these light weights and appreciate that they arrived on time and in good shape.

These are light weight dumbbells which is what I needed to get back into water aerobics. I needed to be able to do the moves first before adding more weight with the traditional dumbbells. They are a great beginner choice.

Not as good for water workout as bigger dumbbells. These are very lightweight & don’t provide much resistance in the water due to the small size. I will keep but not order again in the future.

Wish I checked the 1-star reviews first because I would not have ordered or written my name on them. I agree they are way too light for an adult. Gives hardly any resistance. Went for price instead of quality. Should have just ordered the style they use at the gym. Like another comment, they got water in them after the first use and there's no way to get it out. Pretty sure bacteria will be growing soon. The material is very lightweight. Not quite sure what it is but not for a good workout. I'll use them until I buy a more sturdy set then these are being thrown away. Waste of money

I bought these for my water aerobics classes. They are actually great however, they could be just a little bit heavier to present more resistance with certain exercises
