Came very quickly when I ordered it. Didn't come with a charger, though I thought it was supposed to. Can still charge battery via computer with the USB cable.Haven't shot with it much, yet. My current laptop can't handle 4K, so I'm figuring out how to shoot without it by playing around with the settings. All in all, I like this product. It's not uber professional, so it does the job that I need it to.

Sound quality is terrible. Could be because my delivery person dropped it on my concrete steps, but who knows. Returns window was too short to remedy the situation. A waste of money for me. Hope anyone else has better luck.

What I love about this camcorder is the clarity of the video! It captures my growing family in such a special way. I know my kids will love to look back on videos when they are older. The camcorder is easy to use and easy to transfer videos to the computer.

I just gave it to my niece for Christmas because she wants to start YouTube and I didn’t want to invest too much in case she changes her mind or gets bored (as teens usually do). So far she says it’s easy to use and has good quality. No issues as of yet and seems to be good quality for the cost. It’s pretty lightweight and easy to handle. Good for a starting out for now and maybe we will upgrade later if she keeps up with it.

Picture looks good especially when I used it to video my christmas with the kiddos the sound when listening to play back was good. The screen tou can see it very good size. It's not to heavy to carry and the I love the fact if has multi function not only can you video it takes still pictures

I bought this for paranormal investigations, and it is a great camcorder. Easy setup, good feel and crisp images. Love the mic option and being able to add more lighting. The fact it can hold a huge card is awesome as well.

I am super excited my son is in sports & this has came in handy! The Camera is good quality and light weight so it’s easy to travel with. It definitely provides 4K , the quality of picture/video is so clear. I love that fact that it comes with a remote so you can be included in the video as well. The battery when received was fully charged so I could use it immediately. You will find the SD card in the device already.Everything that you need is included with it. The battery was already charged. Worth every penny.
