This product is way better quality than I expected. One of the reviews mentioned it doesn’t stay closed which made me expect to get something cheese. These steps are really really nice. When you close it and push it down it slides into a tighter slot to keep it from any movement. I almost never write reviews. I had to write something for this one.

Sailboat Mast Step does not lock in closed position. Returned as they would fowl lines in the limp ~45 degrees closed position.
