This is a nice and well built starter violin. It includes everything you need to get started along with two bows, rosin, tuner and all. You won't go wrong with this.

Our granddaughter is taking up violin this year so I ordered this violin. The violin kit comes with a lot stuff to get the new student off and running: Instruction manual, tuner, fingerboard stickers, rosin, mute device, shoulder rest, 2 ebony bows, extra strings, a bridge, cleaning cloth and a soft-sided case. This is a really well made violin and hopefully she will have a great time learning the violin this year. I would recommend this violin kit.

This violin kit is an outstanding value for anyone looking for first time purchase or a seasoned experienced player. This is a 4/4 size violin and does require you to finish the build after you receive the item. It is shipped without the fret stickers installed and since you have to install the bridge it's the perfect time for the fret stickers on if you so choose. This kit also comes with a tuner to help you get closer to the proper tune or if you prefer to download an app to you assist with tuning. The kit also includes a mute, two bows, extra strings and a can of rosin for your bows. It comes in a nice case that holds everything you need, and the shoulder rest is also include but not installed. As soon as you open that case the smell of freshly polished wood hits your senses and sheer delight to get to playing this nice violin. Very nice handmade violin and well thought out kit to cover all your needs, 5 stars.

This violin kit is worth the $200, but it is not as professional as the listing would lead you to believe. Straight out of the case I had to restring the violin as the strings were no longer connected to the pegs. it is a complete kit - I would say the target audience would be those who want to see if a violin is the way to go without investing a lot of money. Just keep in mind that this violin is harder to play than the real thing, so it is a mediocre introduction to the world of strings. But for $200, were you expecting a lot more?

This is a very nice beginner violin. I always loved the violin and wanted to learn to play. There are several videos to learn. I love this.

This really a decent student starter instrument. You will need to mount the bridge when you receive it, but it really isn't that hard to do (or have a teacher or local shop help out). It includes all the accessories you might need, including a mute, an extra bow, extra strings, rosin, etc. The case is decent. Definitely a good place to start until they are ready to move on to a more advanced upgraded instrument.

I got this to learn violin on with the help of my sister who can play. I didn't want to put a ton into something and then lose interest. This is perfect. Actually I did not expect much but the quality of it is really very good. It comes with everything you need to get started! This should last me for awhile getting into this instrument and learning to play!
