Bought this after I fell last year. Great product. I needed something that gave better support to my elbow without giving up too much flexibility. And when I needed to not be able to move that elbow, I just added the two metal plates back into it which would keep the elbow straight.

Brace was comfortable and easy to use. Wore it at night to keep arm straight. Helped heal my golfer’s elbow.

This might have worked if I didn't need it for my dominant arm. It is very bulky, which makes it impossible to do anything while wearing it. The metal stabilizer supports come out so you can bend your arm. That still doesn't make this a moveable, wearable brace.

My forearm is like 13" around and my biceps like 16" circumference. Other elbow braces wouldn't fit, but this one does. I can't imagine having 20" biceps and fitting into it, and think the sizing on elbow braces is a bit wonky in general, but thought i'd put these notes in here in case anyone else is struggling with sizing! This brace has been helping with my ulnar nerve entrapment or whatever has been making my ring and pinky finger down to my elbow be all numb and painful. Now I just have a pleasant slight numbness or lack of pain or something all the time on the top of my arm, though I don't know if the brace is why but it's nice.(If anyone is wondering, this listing is for one elbow brace - the 2 part is referring to two removable pieces of metal that help keep your arm straight while you sleep or whatever. I'm still able to bend my arm a bit with them / it's not like being in a cast or anything.)

I have been experiencing numbness and tingling in my right arm and hand, especially at night. I saw an occupational therapist video recommending the vive wrist brace. Pricing is surprisingly reasonable and the product is nicely made and has helped with nighttime pain. I’ve also purchased the elbow brace and I’m equally impressed by the help it’s given me.

While these two were more comfortable and well made (compared to the cheap hospital ones), they were still too stiff. I removed the bars and now sleep like a baby.

I bought this brace because I have been dealing with a pinched nerve in my elbow, otherwise known as cubital tunnel syndrome. The stretches were helping but I still had a lot of discomfort, especially after using the computer or sleeping. As soon as I put this brace on I felt better. It’s sturdy enough, even without the inserts, to hold my arm in place with no issue. The fabric is breathable so that even under my work blazer or while sleeping I don’t feel too hot, and I tend to run hot so that was a plus. The size is perfect and doesn’t cut off circulation and is easy to adjust. My only complaints are about its comfort. I find the top of the brace digs into my arm whenever I move or have my arm flush to my side. The light fabric under the wraps has a tendency to bunch which can be a bit uncomfortable if you have sensory issues but you stop noticing if you wear it tight enough. But the most annoying part is the rubbery surface. It certainly does it’s job of prevent it moving but it also sticks to the skin and can pull at it while you move.Regardless, this works well for my needs so I’m not too bothered. Definitely recommend if you need help with any kind of elbow pain.
